  • Dennis Metnick, Esq. - Dennis Metnick attended New England College, having been awarded a B.A. degree, with honors, in a double major of English/Theatre. After spending twelve years as a professional theatrical director, Mr. Metnick enrolled in the Cardozo School of Law of Yeshiva University in NYC, obtaining his Juris Doctorate as a Belkin Scholar in Real Property. He served as Vice President and General Counsel of Vidionics, Inc and Dennis Vincent Associates, Inc. before beginning a five year association with the 100 year old law firm of McLaughlin and Stern, Ballen & Ballen in their Real Estate and Corporate departments. Mr. Metnick is a member of the American, New York and Delaware County Bar Associations, is Former Town Attorney for the Town of Middletown (1992-1999) and has taught Business Law at SUNY-Delhi.
